The biggest failing at Cross Deep is the appalling quality of reception, receptionists and administration. There is a total lack of interest in the most basic of levels of customer service.
The medical quality can be variable also.

The biggest plus for me is being able to make appts. online. I'm hearing impaired and at last I don't have to ask others to phone for me. Unfortunately I still have to ask someone to phone for anything like blood test results. It would be a help if these could be emailed to me in the future.

The online booking system has made a big difference to being able to secure appointments when needed
